Breath of the Trade Wind Genshin Impact: Event Information
To begin this article, let’s review the basic information about the event.
- Available from March 3 at 10 a.m. to March 20 at 3:59 a.m
- Conditions to access it: Did the Archons quest “Song of the Dragon and Freedom”. and have one adventure level greater than or equal to 18.
- It is also recommended to do the Albedo story quest, as well as the Archons Chapter 3 Act 5 quest “Akashian Pulse and Rise of the Kalpa Flame”.
Once the requirements are checked, you can take part in the event quest “A Gathering of Visitors”, which requires you to travel to Mondstadt to talk to Catherine from the Adventurers’ Guild. A cutscene begins in which Sucrose appears. Follow the steps of the quest which are not very difficult. However, be careful not to go on missions with Charles, Sara and Venti or you could block your progress.
Breath of the Trade Winds Genshin Impact: What Does the Event Offer?
During this event you have the opportunity to participate in three separate activities.
- Air of wind
- flower chase
- picture of wind
While these activities are already familiar, here’s a reminder of what you need to do for each of them.
Air of wind
In this activity you participate in a rhythmic game test in which you have to press the keys to the beat of the music. The latter is of course from Genshin Impact, but it is also possible to create your own music that you can share with other adventurers.

This activity invites you to get the most balloons out of the trade winds in a given time. The game mode “Floral Chess” is a mode in which you are chased by ersatz balloons while your aim remains unchanged. We’ll have to get the balloons out of the trade wind anyway.

The last part of the event is all about taking pictures. During the trade wind festival you have specific places to take pictures to get various rewards and help Fassben create a photo book.
