Will Slow Horses return for a third season?
Yes. In June 2022, it was revealed that the series would return for at least a third and fourth season, which would be shot back-to-back like seasons 1 and 2. Subsequent seasons will be based on the novels Real Tigers and Ghost Streetcompleting half of Mick Herron’s eight volume book series (although a ninth is on the way).
Lowden told RadioTimes.com exclusively ahead of the second season premiere that he would like to continue playing River and adapting Herron’s novels beyond the currently planned third and fourth seasons.
When does Slow Horses season 3 come out?
It’s hard to predict when Season 3 of Slow Horses will come out. Seasons 1 and 2 were released in quick succession, both in 2022, as they were shot simultaneously. Seasons 3 and 4 were later shot back-to-back, implying a longer interval between seasons 2 and 3 is possible.
