Previously only available to certain content creators, TikTok’s Series feature is now available to users in 94 countries. This feature allows creators to lock a “series” of exclusive content behind a paywall.

Series was first announced in March, allowing users to earn up to $190 from their collection of videos. Creators can also create longer videos, up to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, regular TikTok videos have a 10 minute limit. One series can contain up to 80 videos.

To be eligible for the monetization feature, creators must meet a number of requirements. For example, they must be 18 years or older, live in one of the selected regions, have 10,000 followers, and have an account that is 30 days old. In addition, they must have posted three public videos and reached 1000 views in the last 30 days. If the user repeatedly taps TikTok’s Guidance for the communitythey cannot qualify.

In some cases, TikTok creators can go around the minimum of 10,000 followers. Creators with 1,000 followers can still sign up, but they must share a link to premium content they’ve sold on other platforms. Please note that this is not a guarantee of approval.

Users can sign up for Series by going to the Creator Center in the TikTok app.

In an updated post yesterday, TikTok said it would continue to improve the way creators monetize the app. Company wrote, “The series is still in its early stages and we are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience for our maker community and the way creators are rewarded. We look forward to feedback from our community!”

Last month, TikTok launched two new creator funds: the Creativity Program for US users to earn money for original videos longer than a minute, and the Effect Creator Rewards for people who create effects through the AR development platform.
