Early life and family
Josh Wyatt was born on September 30, 1991 in England – his exact place of birth, however, is not known. Josh grew up in a middle-class family with his younger sibling who like himself has also pursued a life as a streamer.
Josh had lived in the UK for most of his life and became interested in video games at a young age. Nothing else is known about the YouTuber’s early life as he successfully kept his personal affairs a secret.
Educational background
Josh graduated from a local English high school, although the name of the institution is not widely known, but it is known that Josh did not continue his education and instead chose to become a Twitch streamer.
Career
Josh started his Twitch channel in 2013 from the first season of League of Legends (LoL). He specifically focuses on streaming only LoL content and wants to help other players who watch his streams improve their game.
He also adds a bit of humor to his videos, but mostly shares strategies and game tactics. However, his popularity only grew when he launched his YouTube channel.
Josh’s brother also specializes in streaming LoL content and is known by the channel name FoxDrop. Phylol is often associated with Nicktronagainst whom he competes for popularity in the competition of LoL streaming.

In a Reddit sub dedicated to LoL, his name had popped up several times. In the discussions, people have been berating Josh for being less skilled than his competition, saying there are better resources out there that would actually help newbies (new players) and advanced players improve their game.
Phylol has also been ridiculed by Neace, a fellow LoL streamer, who is considered by many to be Phylol’s biggest rival. Neace has accused Phylol of simply copying his videos and strategies and selling them as his own. It’s uncertain if this is the truth, but Phylol was reportedly caught copying another player’s strategies, but tried to make it less obvious.
Not so long ago, in May 2017, a player who goes by the name of I Keep It Tacos, accused Phylol of stealing his contents. The content was originally published on the LoL subreddit and was used by Phylol in one of his videos, without crediting the original creator.
In a Reddit post on the same thread that made headlines, Taco posted a message saying that the more he watched the video, the more he realized it was his own strategy, complete with flaws, and less obvious was created. than the original content.
This led to an ongoing feud calling the YouTuber a fraudster, which was ironic considering Josh once posted a comment asking a Facebook page owner to take down his content, only to be threatened instead.
Naturally, Neace couldn’t keep quiet about this and addressed the YouTuber in one of his videos, saying “Let that be a lesson dude…”. Phylol has experienced a lot of negativity because of this, with some people sending him hate messages and telling him to kill himself.
When asked to comment, Phylol apologized to Taco and offered to pay him all revenue from advertising and also removed the video.
The big hole in the story that was most obvious was the fact that the strategy guide was based on Jhin games, which Phylol didn’t regularly participate in. Phylol commented that he doesn’t have much time to play LoL these days, and “I stupidly thought if they could get away with it, so could I”.
Phylol will continue to stream videos, but it goes without saying that he will continue to create original content from now on.

Josh likes to spend a lot of time with his brother.
He also enjoys traveling and enjoys both basketball and football. It is known that he and his brother are both animal lovers and they had a dog named Shadwell, who passed away at the age of 19 in early 2019. Josh broke up the news in a post Twitter.

Nothing is known about the streamer’s romantic involvement. No relationship status is shared on his Facebook page and it is not known if he has a girlfriend.
