Fire Country Season 1 Recap
On Friday, Fire Country erupted on television. The program’s first episode follows inmate Bode Donovan as he joins a firefighter effort to get his sentence reduced. You might not expect much from the twists and turns that are present.
It turns out he’s from Edgewater, California, and he left under less than ideal circumstances. Because his sister Riley died in a car accident and he has some disturbing childhood memories, Bode will have to deal with these problems when he returns home.
Throughout the episode, he tries to be moved, but is unsuccessful. Bode couldn’t switch between programs, but this worked to his advantage as he had to save Jake from a raging fire.
