With inflation and the possibility of a recession on everyone’s mind, many are eager to protect their personal finances, especially their retirement accounts.

It turns out that Generation Z workers take retirement savings particularly seriously — even more so than older generations, including millennials, Gen Xers and baby boomers, according to new research from Black rockand there are probably several contributing factors.
