Who is Adam Scott’s wife?
Naomi Scott (formerly Naomi Sablan) is Scott’s wife and a successful producer and writer whose credits include such shows as The Overnight, Other People, Ghosted, and The Greatest Event in Television History. In 2005, Naomi landed her first job as a producer on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
She also shares her husband’s acting expertise with him. She starred in Sadie J and Kissing Jessica Stein, so you may remember her. Adam said in an interview with SheKnows: “I couldn’t do it without Naomi.”
Being together as a family is a lot less of a challenge because of our strong collaboration at home and at work. The couple has had several touching moments over the years, despite their preference to keep their relationship and children out of the spotlight.

She is a TV and film producer
Since the early 2000s, Naomi has been working as a television and film producer. Fun Mom Dinner, starring Adam and Toni Collette, and Other People, starring Jesse Plemons and Molly Shannon, are two of her most critically acclaimed films having world premieres at the Sundance Film Festival. She and Adam have also started a production company and have worked on TV projects together.
She got her start in Late-Night TV
Naomi attributes her early success to watching television late at night. The producer got her start in the industry in 2003 when she landed a position in the original cast of Jimmy Kimmel Live! as a segment producer.
During an interview with SAG Indie in 2017, she recalled her early career and noted, “The initial exposure was through Jimmy Kimmel Live. I worked on the show for the first year, starting as an assistant and then progressing to producer. It was my first attempt at making something.”
Naomi continued: “But despite that we had a blast. Because our executive producer and lead writer had both previously worked for Letterman, the show had the same air of spontaneity and unpredictability that characterizes their earlier venture. So even though that segment didn’t last long, it was fantastic and we all got a lot of valuable information out of it.”
She and Adam married in 2005
Adam and Naomi are both from the North Bay and they were introduced in 1998 in a pub on Sunset Boulevard. Adam told Vulture, “Naomi left quickly” after their first meeting. Naomi quipped, “I heard ‘actor’, and then I saw him perform, and I was sold.” Seven years later, in 2005, the couple tied the knot.
Naomi and Adam have two children, a boy named Graham and a girl named Frankie. While both parents work in show business, Graham and Frankie are rarely seen in public. “We try to keep the kids down to earth and away from all the Hollywood nonsense so they can be kids for as long as possible,” the Big Little Lies actress told SheKnows.
In 2021, Adam posted a touching Instagram tribute to his wife on Mother’s Day, praising her for being an amazing mother. With photos of himself, his wife Naomi and their two children, he wrote, “It’s hard to express how lucky I feel to be sharing my life with someone as intelligent, funny and amazing as @nfscott.
What a wonderful mother she is, thanks to her our children are wonderful, smart, loving people. She’s been patiently waiting for months for me to finish my parenting by zooming experiment, and she certainly deserves a year’s worth of Mother’s Day as a reward. Okay, fair enough. What? Wait a minute, is that allowed?”
She and Adam own a production company together
Shortly after having their first child, the couple started Gettin’ Rad Productions, which they both own and operate. “Having taken some time off after the birth of our first child, I was about to go back to work when I realized that the hours I would spend on someone else’s program would be so long that I not only my child, but also my child, but also my husband.
So late one night we figured, ‘Naomi has notified SAG-Independent Films of this. “We took the plunge and started a company, and our first series idea was The Greatest Event in Television History, which we produced for Adult Swim.” Since then, she and Adam have collaborated on other projects, including Adam’s FOX series Ghosted.
She did some acting
Although she is mostly a behind-the-scenes person, she comes from a family of actors. Naomi appeared in and served as a production manager for the 2001 movie Kissing Jessica Stein. In the same year (2011) she also appeared in an episode of the British comedy series Sadie J.
She is often mistaken for a famous actress
She actress Naomi Scott, known for her role as Power Ranger, is often mistaken for Naomi. In 2019, Adam joked about the two Naomi Scotts getting tangled up with each other when he and the actress Elizabeth Banks finally met in person at her birthday party.
“As fate would have it, the two Naomi Scotts finally met at a party honoring @elizabethbanks. It was a moment that will live in infamy. Congratulations, @nfscott! Thanks for that, @naomigscott “Adam captioned a photo of his wife and the start of Aladdin with the following post.
