An up-and-coming fighter in the ONE Championship named Victoria Lee died last month, her sister said on Saturday. She was eighteen. Lee was the sister of ONE champion Christian Lee at welterweight and Angela Lee at atomic weight.
Angela wrote on Instagram that Victoria has passed away December 26. No one knows what caused Angela’s death, but in her announcement she asked her fans to keep an eye on their loved ones.
Lee, who was active on Instagram, started her MMA career in February 2021 when she was 16 years old. Lee used a back choke to win her first fight A: Fists of Fury. She defeated Sunisa Srisan in the second round.

She then defeated Luping Wang and Victoria Souza and won again that year. Both fights went to the finish line, but she hadn’t fought since ONE: Revolution in September 2021. Given her past and her early success, many people thought she was going to do big things.

Lee did well as an amateur before becoming a professional MMA fighter. According to MMA Junkie, she won two Hawaiian Pankration Junior World Championships, the Hawaii State Wrestling Championship, and an IMMAF Junior World Championship.
Many of you who follow me know how much time I spent last year in Hawaii with the Lee family. To hear such an incredible talent lose their life at the age of 18 is 💔.. This stuff makes me doubt god. Why 🥹🙏🏾 #Rest in peace #victor pic.twitter.com/sMmyJJP7fE

Lee’s sisters and brother are both huge stars in ONE. Christian has won the lightweight title twice. In November he won the welterweight title and now has two belts. His overall record is 17-4. Angela has been an atomic weight champion since 2016 and recently tried for the strawweight crown.
