DeVine also became known for his role as Bumper in the movies “Pitch Perfect” and its sequel “Pitch Perfect 2”. The musical film focuses on an all-girl acapella group that competes with other groups in hopes of winning the National acapella group competition. He is shown as one of the members of a rival group. Stars of the film include Anna Kendrick, Skylar Astin and Rebel Wilson. Aside from work, the couple often participates in various charitable endeavors. They have supported the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, which aims to help children’s hospitals in the US. Her fiancé was the victim of a car accident when he was 11 years old, crushed by a cement truck that left his legs mutilated. He developed numerous ailments while trying to recover from the accident and underwent about 26 surgeries. There was even a possibility he wouldn’t make it, but eventually he did, relearning most of the basics to function normally again.
