The funeral took place on January 26. No reason has been given for the death. In ‘The Sopranos’, Ventimiglia played the lead role of the owner of the restaurant.
Instead of flowers, the family asked for money to pay for Odele’s daughter’s education in the future. A GoFundMe was set up and Steven Van Zandt and his wife, Maureen, donated $500, as reported by Page Six.

In the past year, much of the show’s cast has left. In August 2022, Robert LuPone died of pancreatic cancer. He played Tony Soprano’s family doctor and neighbor, Dr. Bruce Cusamano.
In March 2022, Paul Herman passed away. In “The Sopranos,” he played Peter “Beansie” Gaeta, a former heroin dealer who now owns a pizzeria and a club.
In 2022, we lost both Tony Sirico, who played Paul “Paulie Walnuts” Gualtieri, and Bruce MacVittie, who played Danny Scalercio in the fourth season.
