Simon Halls spent his early years in his hometown of Toronto where he was raised by his parents; however, their names have not been revealed. Simon attended Crescent School in Toronto and then attended North Toronto Collegiate Institute. After graduation, Simon Halls began his career in the world of public relations. For some time he worked for the publicity department of Warner Bros.
