A rep for the former wrestler says Hulk Hogan is not paralyzed after his recent back surgery. Hogan, who is 69, was discussed on Sunday’s episode of The Kurt Angle Show.

Host Kurt Angle said the former wrestling superstar shared important details about his health while filming WWE’s Monday Night Raw 30th Anniversary episode, which aired on Jan. 23.

“Hogan has had back surgery again. He had the nerves cut out of his lower body”

– said Angle on his podcast.

“He can’t feel his lower body. He has to use his cane to walk around. I thought he was using the cane because his back hurts. He’s not in pain. He has nothing at all. He can’t feel anything. Now he can’t feel his legs anymore, so he has to walk with a cane, which is pretty serious.”

The Olympic gold medalist was concerned about Hogan, who appeared in the opening segment of the wrestling company’s tribute episode with no apparent issues. A representative for Hogan told Entertainment Tonight that the former WWE star can walk without a cane and is “goes well and is not paralyzed.”

“Everything is fine with him”

– they added.

“Hulk is someone with a lot of humor.”

In 2021, Hogan’s 34-year-old daughter Brooke spoke about her father’s health on the Hollywood Raw podcast with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn. She said he’s had about 25 surgeries in the past ten years.

“He’s scored both shoulders and he had his whole biceps last year… and everything strapped into his shoulder”

— she shared on the October 27, 2021 episode of the podcast.

“That was a disaster. He got MRSA and it was a big thing. So we had to go back.”

She added –

“He’s had both his knees replaced multiple times, I think twice about both. He’s had his hips done. His elbow has been scored. He’s had so many surgeries.”

She then said –

“Right now he feels great. He works out in the gym for two hours every day. He’s still snooping along.”

After Hogan appeared on WWE’s main show, he posted a snippet of the segment to Twitter and a photo of him singing into a microphone on Monday.

“Let’s get this party started on #hoganshangout #clearwaterbeach monday night #karaoke brother!!!”

— he captioned the photo.
