Paradigm’s CEO dives into diversity on the Builder Stage at businessroundups.org Disrupt 2023

Despite the current culture wars that make diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies a political punching bag, most business leaders understand that they are very good for business. But in a more conservative VC market, discussions focus more on financial issues than on building an intentional culture.

However, younger generations are bringing updated values and an expectation of DEI to the workplace, meaning tech startups can’t afford to ignore how their corporate culture is evolving.

It’s an important issue for a startup’s success, and we’re excited to tell you that Joelle Emerson, Co-Founder and CEO of Paradigm, will be joining us for a fireside chat on the Builders Stage at businessroundups.org Disrupt 2023, which takes place on September 19. -21 in San Francisco.

Paradigm’s data-driven DEI software tools put the company at the center of this conversation, and Emerson is known for her take on corporate culture. We look forward to hearing how the brightest startups are leaving old, ahem, paradigms in the rearview mirror and building for the future – political perceptions of inclusion notwithstanding.
