Ozzy Osbourne has announced that he will stop touring for health reasons. On his social media platforms, he announced the cancellation of his upcoming European tour. Osbourne said he had an accident a few years ago that broke his spine. He continued, stating that he had tried to return to the stage:
“My singing voice is in good shape. My body is still physically weak despite three surgeries, stem cell therapies, countless physical therapy sessions and, most recently, the revolutionary Cybernics (HAL) treatment.”
Ozzy said he is grateful to his fans for purchasing tickets for the event, but for now, he believes canceling the tour would be better for him as his medical issues have not been resolved. He, like his supporters, said the choice had a big impact on him. He went on to say:
“I never expected my travel days to end like this. My team is currently brainstorming locations where I can perform without having to move from city to city and country to country.”
Osbourne concluded his speech by thanking everyone, especially his friends and followers, for their love and support throughout the day. He also said anyone who purchased the tickets may be able to get a refund at the location where they obtained the passes.
