Marvel Studios’ decision not to release a trailer for The Marvels during the 2023 Super Bowl has drawn the ire of followers of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

With the arrival of Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, Phase 5 has officially started. The Ant-Man sequel won’t just wrap up a trilogy; it will also advance the Multiverse Saga.

Captain Marvel, which will see Carol Danvers return to the big screen this summer, is another franchise moving forward this year.

Online rumors claimed that Marvel’s first trailer could debut during the 2019 Super Bowl. The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 trailer was the only brand new MCU teaser at the end of the night.

Many people expected Marvel Studios to promote the Captain Marvel sequel at the event since it’s one of the main Phase 5 releases for 2023, and they were disappointed when they didn’t.

When will the Marvels trailer be released?

It’s unclear when Marvel Studios will officially begin promoting the Captain Marvel movie, as The Marvels will not be attending the 2023 Super Bowl.

The miracles will likely be at least a few more weeks away since Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania debuts next week.

Marvel Studios may release first teaser trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 in May, which would coincide with the film’s summer release.

To coincide with the latest Guardians of the Galaxy movie, Marvel may release a teaser trailer at the end of April.

An official trailer for The Marvels could be withheld before the NBA Finals on June 1. Since Disney-owned ABC airs the NBA Finals, Marvel Studios would have another platform to advertise The Marvels.

Marvel Studios is likely to release posters, ads, and much more between April and July for marketing purposes.

The anger of Marvels fans at the lack of footage is understandable, even though Marvel Studios undoubtedly has firm plans. The Marvels haven’t been revealed yet, aside from a movie logo and a few set photos.

It won’t be long before The Marvels are hinted at, given how much has already been shown for the Ant-Man and Guardians of the Galaxy sequels. The wait should have been worth it when Marvel Studios starts publishing The Marvels.
