Mirabel Disney Dreamlight Valley: Bunuelos, crate key… All missions to complete

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available in Early Access on all platforms since Tuesday, September 6, 2022. The chance for you to discover and restore this magical world by finding lost Disney and Pixar characters. All means are good: whether to explore the open world by unlocking the passages of night thorns thanks to the Dreamlight, or to go through the castle and its magical paintings. Today we are going to focus on Mirabel.

Presentation of Mirabel Madrigal

In 2021, the animated film Encanto was released in cinemas, which tells us the story of Mirabel and the entire Madrigal family. Each member of this family, except Mirabel, has a very useful magical power (brute force, very fine hearing, premonitions, healing…) and the young girl will suffer from her normality until she understands that it is thanks to her that she has Casita , the enchanted house, can save.

Remark : Mirabel was added to the game on February 16, 2023 thanks to the third free update.

Unlock Mirabel, her home and her rewards by friendship level

Mirabel is unlocked by finding a very specific object in the Prairie Tranquille.

• Mirabel’s home is Mini-Casita: you unlock it shortly after finding the doorknob on the floor. Follow the guide below to unlock Mirabel:

Below are the rewards that Mirabel offers you at every level of friendship. Level 10 is the maximum you can reach. Then it is no longer useless to let him gain experience, but it will always be more profitable to take him on excursions since his bonuses will be higher.

Mirabel will suggest that you follow quests History to advance the scenario, but also friendship missions like any other character in the game.

Take care of the house

Friendship quest level 2

Now that Mirabel is settled in your house, she needs help to fix her house, mini casita. Enter to talk to Mirabel. These are the materials you need:

• 15 Softwood (can be found anywhere on the floor)
• 20 stone (break through gray rocks with your pickaxe)
• 2 yellow daisies (in Tranquil Prairie)
• 3 dandelions (on the Esplanade)
• 3 Green Soaring Penstemon (in quiet meadow)

See you at Scrooge’s shop to buy the furniture of your choice. Then go to your house to:

• Change background
• change the floor
• Place 5 new pieces of furniture in a room

You just need to open the decoration menu for this. Then go back to Mirabel and take her to your house.

A taste of home

Friendship quest level 4

Through this quest you will unlock a new recipe called Bunuelos. Mirabel will give you a portion to take with you remy.

To properly experiment with the bunuelos recipe, you need the following ingredients:

• x1 Milk
• x1 Wheat
• x1 Butter
• Mysterious ingredient: x1 cheese

Note that you can find a mysterious red potato in Remy’s house fridge! We don’t know what it’s for yet, just like the golden potato.

Now take the dish to Mirabel. Cook three more Bunuelos for his friends: Mickey, Scrooge and Goofy.

Mirabel’s interference

Level 7 friendship quest

Find out what happened by talking to Scrooge and Donald. You will then need to find the cash register key buried in the Forest of courage : Find a shiny hole with a golden key sticking out slightly and dig with your shovel.

You will also need to feed two raccoons in the biome. Check out the tutorial below on how to go about it (video provided).

Then go and return the key to Scrooge. Mirabel then asks you to collect the following materials:

• 8 glasses: obtained by sanding your workbench
• 10 softwood species: to pick up on the ground, from everywhere
• 5 clams: the pink shells on the Enchanted Beach
• 5 Scallops: The blue shells on the Enchanted Beach

Then use the workbench in the “furniture” tab to make the shell frame.

Then use a kitchen to make a red fruit pie, here’s the recipe:

• x1 fruit of your choice (except cherry, blueberry and raspberry). For example, use a lemon
• x1 butter: on sale at the back of the Chez Rémy restaurant
• x1 Wheat

After giving everything to Mirabel, follow her to listen to her talk with Scrooge.

A celebration of friendship

Friendship Level 10 Quest

Mirabel gives you a torn cloth to examine: open your inventory and click on it. This will show you a souvenir photo on the beach. So go to the enchanted beach pieces to find madrigal table (the Mirabel family). You need to find exactly 4: find wooden planks on the sand. Note that two of the pieces are buried: you can only see one end sticking out.

Now we need to fix the table. To do this, take the broken pieces to Anna and talk to Moana. You now need to prepare three meals for which you received the recipes (read the books in your inventory to learn them):

• Bunuelos: 1 wheat + 1 cheese + 1 milk + 1 egg
• Large seafood platter: 4 seafood of your choice + 1 Lemon
• Chocolate Chip Cookies: 1 Cocoa + 1 Wheat + 1 Sugar Cane + 1 Butter

You will now have to wait for Anna, Kristoff, Elsa and Vaianna to complete their tasks. We don’t know how long yet and we’ll update this guide as soon as we know!
