On Friday, Feb. 10, the 81-year-old star posted a photo of herself getting a tattoo on Instagram, with the charming caption:
“My puppy! @scottcampbell, thank you for the beautiful tattoo. Ink will always be connected to my favorite @snoopdogg.”
Artist Scott Campbell drew an image of her best friend Snoop Dogg with his signature haircut, goatee and sunglasses on her upper arm, with the words “My Dogg” etched underneath. Many online users were surprised by the post, with many scrutinizing every detail of the image to see if it was genuine.
“Graduated from Queen to Goddess,” said netizens of Martha Stewart’s Snoop Dogg tattoo.
Netizens rushed to voice their opinions and reply when Martha Stewart tweeted a photo of herself with Snoop Dogg ink. Stewart was called a “bad *ss” and a “real gangster” by many. Others were surprised and commented on the good relationship between the two celebrities. Many people wondered if the tattoo was real and not just for the Super Bowl ad.

Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart have been buddies for nearly a decade.
Stewart brought the rapper onto her culinary program in 2008 and the two quickly became friends. Dogg quickly became a regular on the program. Both constantly compliment each other with the Drop It Like It’s Hot singer confessing to telling everyone they were best friends. However, they have never dated.
Dogg commented in an interview with Rolling Stone:
“I’ve never met anyone comparable to Martha Stewart. When we meet, we naturally combine love, peace and harmony.”
In her 2018 cookbook, From Crook to Cook: Platinum Recipes From tha Boss Dogg’s Kitchen, Stewart also wrote about her special friendship with her rapper boyfriend. Stewart and Dogg have not commented on the tattoo.
