Level list Honkai Star Rail: The best characters
Before revealing the list of characters, it’s important to remember thata ranking is not absolute and can vary per person. In addition, the one we currently offer is based on the potential of the characters and not their actual abilities that are maxed out in the game, as we currently don’t have access to all of the heroes.
If you know how a list of levels works, you don’t have to worry about its format. In fact, we use one rating system ranging from S to C knowing that it can change over time.

- A-low : A great alternative to Tier S characters.
- Level B : Characters that stay good, but have much better alternatives.
- Level C : These are the characters we consider correct.
