In 2011, he was rumored to be dating his Waterloo Road co-star Chelsee Healey. Although the couple never confirmed their romance, they were spotted kissing by the tabloids. As 2012 rolled in, Laviscount was seen at a dinner party with Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock shortly after she won The X Factor.
He was then romantically linked to his former Coronation Street co-star Brooke Vincent in 2013 – the pair starred in the English soap opera in 2009. But when he appeared on Scream Queens two years later, he was once again rumored to be in a relationship with co-star Keke Palmer. According to sources close to Nelson, the couple ran into each other randomly after arriving in different friend groups, and also left separately. Now that the dating rumors have been denied, they have never been seen together since.
