Nichole Hiltz is an American actress, who became known to the viewing public for her role as Brandi Shannon in the TV series ‘In Plain Sight’ broadcast on the USA Network.

According to TMZ, Nichole’s lawyer said it was just a misunderstanding and denied any charges were filed and that the child was never in danger of harm.
