Early years of BabyFace
Babyface was born on April 10, 1958 to Marvin and Barbara Edmonds in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was the fifth son of his parents’ six sons. At a pharmaceutical factory, Barbara worked as a production operator. In seventh grade, Edmonds’ father died of lung cancer.
