Steve-O and Bam Margera collaborated on ‘Jackass’. On the most recent episode of Steve’s podcast, O’s “Wild Ride”, Bam Margera talked about being hospitalized in December 2022.
On December 9, news broke that Margera had been put on a ventilator because he could not breathe on his own. Margera told Steve-O that his hospitalization was not only because he had pneumonia, but also because he had had five attacks.
“Basically, I was pronounced dead on December 8,” said Margera. “I didn’t know I had terrible COVID and my body was shutting down. I had four attacks, each lasting 10 to 20 minutes. On the fourth, I bit my tongue so hard it almost fell off. It got so swollen and swollen it wouldn’t fit in my mouth. I drank the infected blood, which also gave me pneumonia.”

Margaret continued, “I went to the hospital and had my fifth seizure and then couldn’t breathe without a tube down my throat. I woke up five days later and thought I was only there for a few hours. I spent eight days there. When they took that tube out, I felt like I was sucking Darth Vader’s cock.”
Steve-O said that when he heard Margera was put on a ventilator, he thought the “Jackass” star was going to die. Margera and Steve-O both started out in Hollywood doing prank stunt shows MTV. However, Margera was not in the movie “Jackass Forever” last year because he violated a contract clause that said he had to stay sober during filming.
