Christopher Robert Evans was born in Boston, Massachusetts, on June 13, 1981. He grew up in the nearby town of Sudbury. Lisa Capuano, his mother, is the artistic director of the Concord Youth Theater and Bob Capuano, his father, is a dentist. His mother is half Irish and half Italian, and his father is from Ireland.
