Has The Eminence in Shadow season 2 release date been announced?
The creator and production company have not yet announced the season 2 release date for The Eminence in Shadow. However, it can be expected that the sequel will be approved soon, given the enthusiasm and anticipation for the second part.
Recently, the series’ official Twitter account said that a major announcement will be made about the show on Feb. 22 at 8 p.m. JST (6 a.m. ET).
While the big reveal is what fans of the series have been waiting for, the event will also feature four virtual assistants (VAs) portraying Cid Kagenou, Claire KagenouAlpha and Epsilon, as well as a live replay of the latest episode, Advent of the Demon.
The big reveal will likely reveal the sequel now in production and will finally give the planned release date and timeline to ease mounting anxiety among devoted fans.
The Eminence in Shadow Season 2: what to expect?
The show’s captivating first season spans the first two installments of the original light novel series Daisuke Aizawa as well as volumes 1 through 6 of the manga adaptation by Anri Sakano. The third part, which dealt with the Lawless City Incident and Corporate Alliance Conflict, will continue in the upcoming season.
